To be eligible for a return, the item that you purchased must be unused, unaltered, and in the original product packaging within 28 days of receipt of the item. We will further provide you with the address where you can return the items. All returns require a receipt or proof of purchase and must be authorized via email by Amuderya.

Once we will receive the item and inspect it, we will send you a notification email that we received the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after package has been delivered to us. Once the return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your refund details.

If your return approved, we will immediately process your refund and automatically applied to your credit card or original form of payment methods.


Packages returned with failure delivery such as insufficient address information, refusal, canceled after shipment, etc. will be subject to delivery price. We offer our costumers' free worldwide shipment, in case of any aforementioned issues the costumers take responsibility to ship it back.

Undeliverable packages for international orders may be subject to abandonment with no refunds given.

In case you haven't received a refund within three business days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Then, contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Please note: Items that are returned are refunded for the purchased price. Therefore, if you placed an order using a discount code, please keep in mind that your refund will reflect the purchased price using that discount.

Your items should be sent back to us within 28 days of receipt by you. Late returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
